“They got my daughters age wrong!!”

“This is my first time trying this company and will be the last. I would think you would ensure these letters would arrive by Christmas. What's the point to even send after the holiday is over. You charge additional for shipping just a letter then it Arrives after the holiday. Explain that to the kids.”

“I didn’t receive my order - no letters and no texts as paid for. My children were very disappointed and I couldn’t explain fully why they didn’t get any letters this year. Terrible service!”

“To be honest I wasn’t very impressed. From the review and comments I did expect more, the envelope had the most detail. The letter was something I could have printed off. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again”

“Terrible service. I paid for a personalised sant video and was sent a video of someone else’s children. Terrible breach of data protection and her complaining on their Facebook page I was never issued a refund. The personalised letter I ordered did arrive on time and correct at least.”

“I always use this site. But very disappointed this time as the day after I made the purchase they slashed the price by half. They have not responded to my message requesting a partial refund though I can see they have refunded others on FB. Will not be using again.”

“I ordered two packages and the website said they would be received by 12/24/2020. We received one on 12/31/2020 and the other has not been delivered as of 1/6/2021. Will not be ordering these products again.”
