“Ordered a few times now, but the last time was a disappointment. I received emails asking me to update the letter, which I'd already done. I wasn't sure at several instances whether the order had actually been processed! It had, but was very confusing & a bit worrying”

“Really lovely to be able to have a personal touch to the letter, with details specific to the child included. Would be nice to have more space for additional characters though as I ended up having to reduce them and squeeze letters in which looked a little unsightly on the actual letter.”

“Lovely written letter, worded so nicely with the few bits I put in. Just a shame its thin plain paper, expected maybe card as its quite expensive for the cheap flimsy paper its actually on. Otherwise lovely idea.”

“Arrived promptly. Envelope was a nice touch. Easy to order too. The letter was lovely and our daughter loved it. As was the certificate. However I have taken a star off for the activity pack. Just felt it lacked something, daughter has never touched it. Other than that small criticism it was fantastic”

“We love the Christmas letters but last year 2 of 3 grandchildren never received them. I contacted the company and was told they were resent, but were never received. My concern this season was the back to school letters. I wrongfully assumed they were for this coming fall’s school entry. Not so. It’s a return from holiday/winter break. So confusing. They are essentially a waste of money and confusing to the kids.”
