“Unable to review as my daughter hasn't received her letter from santa as of yet. I had an email to say the letter had been posted on the 6th Dec and was expected around the 11th Dec... we are still waiting.”

“The letters are great. My only problem is I requested them to be sent out on Dec 19th and they arrived at my house on December 11. Lucky I could hide them before the kids saw them.”

“I bought the letter for my 5 yr old grandson and although he was very pleased when he receive it I found the letter to be too long and in a style and used words too old for a 5 yr old. I know I picked the letter but all the letters seemed the same. I had to change the words when I read it to him. Also there was too much writing on one page. As I said my grandson loved the activities and door hands.”

“I ordered the letter for it to be shipped on the 5th Dec to receive sat 9th, this didnt happen, it only got delivered today 12th, i understand that its very busy with the post, so if i get to do this next year i will order it earlier.”

“It arrived quickly and the letter was lovely, my son loved it! However the paper was such poor quality that the letter ripped in half as my son took it out of the envelope. We’ve taped it but it’s lost a little magic!”

“I have used your service for several years now and this year I was very disappointed. I ordered the letter with activity pack for my great granddaughter Caela who is 9 years old. The pack with letter was duly delivered last week, however, the letter was for a 'babys first Christmas' but addressed to Caela. She is now questioning if Santa is real because of this mistake. I appreciate mistakes can happen but at this time of year where children are involved, it was very disappointing. When I emailed yourselves you said you would re-send her letter which we are still waiting on,...I would normally give you 5 stars however, I am sure you will appreciate my lower score this time.”
