“Each year we receive such lovely letters for the children. The design selection is different every year and easy to personalise so no chance of a duplicate letter. You can personalise the names, location, add friends and family members, the childrens achievements from the past year and of course the child's desired present. The children look forward to receiving their "reply" letter from santa and love to know that he knows about their achievements. We opted for our daughter to receive a text from santa on Christmas day and she was delighted. Really pleased and a lovely addition to the Christmas magic.”

“I have been getting my santa letters from yourselves for quite a few years now and this year wasn't going to be different. Although I got to say I was totally blown away by the AI letter. I done my first 2 letters the way I usually read through them see which ones suited the boys best. I filled them in and ordered them. Came to my youngest 2 boys and seen the AI thought I'd give it a go. You write a short paragraph about them and AI does the rest wow. Absolutely amazing I showed everyone the letters. My 4 year old us autistic, only starting to say words and us struggling with school a hit. Loves numbers and letters and the letter than came from that was nothing but amazing to the point my 8 year old thought it was magical how Santa knew all about his brothers autism and the words he's starting to use. Same goes for the letter for my 1 year old turned 1 2 days before Christmas and he got a happy birthday from Santa in his letter. Really excited to see this year's ones.”

“I love using this site ffor my Grandsons Christmas surprise letters. They offer such a wide range of illistrated letter heads and letters which can so easily be editited. I always buy the extra packs, which are full of things for them to do, along with the Certificates that they are proud to show their Nanny and Pops. I add the phone call for Christmas morning due to the low cost it costs to see their faces light up, that Santa has had time to call them before he goes to bed after having such a busy night!”

“The two letters I ordered were brilliant . On the other hand the personalised sibling video I ordered was very poor quality. I was under the impression that the children's names would be spoken . They weren't. And the video kept referring to one child when I had ordered a sibling one . Disappointed, I won't be ordering that again.”

“This is the second year in a row that I have arranged this and my Grandsons were so excited to get letters from santa and also a text on Christmas Day I also did it for another family member and she was also so excited. My work colleague also did one for her son. Would definitely recommend.”
