“We did not receive the letters until 3 weeks after Christmas and was ordered prior to deadline to get by Christmas. Very disappointed”

“I was very disappointed in this service. I followed a groupon advertisement, and I ordered the video and 2 letters. The video came through, and you couldn't even hear my daughters name. The volume of the video was recorded at a level of 10, and they dubbed in her voice at a level of 1. I wrote the company and they reviewed, and acknowledged that it was not good quality and that they would reimburse me, but that never happened. Then the 2 letters arrived mid January, although they were ordered well in advance of Christmas. Never again.”

“I was very upset and disappointed! Ordered & paid for 4 letters. Only 1 arrived AFTER Christmas. Imagine how cheated his brother felt! Tried to contact them and got nowhere.”

“Very disappointed. I ordered well before the Christmas holiday. Even with that, the expected delivery date was Christmas Eve. It never arrived. In the end it showed up the first week of January!!! Not worth anything!!”

“One out of the three ordered received their letter in the mail. Sad thing was that one sibling received their letter and the other didn't. That was hard to explain to a child that Santa wrote to your sister and not your!!!”
