“Absolute Rubbish..... never received it.... tried to tell not been paid for despite I had proof.... Promised to resend it.... Would tell anyone wanting to surprise their child or grandchild to avoid this company..... they only offer disappointment.... very poor customer service and I wont be recommending them or using them again!!! Rip off merchants!”

“Too confusing to figure out what you had to do. I thought it was something that was done online then it said it is something that gets mailed to you. We have not received the blank letters for my son to ven write santa so that was a waste of time. Havent received anything in the mail at all.”

“I ordered my letters weeks ago and they were suppose to be here by today and sadly they were not in the mailbox today 😥😩 I'm really hoping they arrive by tomorrow or I will never use this service again! No point in ordering it weeks in advance and still not having it here”
