“Never received letter and you didn’t have time to resend so I had to go to the local library and download a copy myself. Needless to say we never received the free gifts that came with it either”

“The letters arrived a month later. In January 2020. I also ordered a birthday card for my sons birthday in April. That too arrived a month after his birthday and he didn’t seem too fussed to receive it then. Such a shame to be honest. I wouldn’t pay for it again. It was kind of pointless. Sorry I don’t want to sound too harsh. But it was really disappointing. And both times a month late! Maybe tidy up these loose ends before Christmas so all kids receive their letters/cards on time.”

“I did this at Xmas for our 4 grandsons we where over the moon the boys loved there letters . But now a very disappointed customer as we did this for grandsons birthday the card did not arrive at all his birthday was 4 weeks ago it was a good job Nanny sent another one which thankfully he got Thanku moo pig ?????”
