“Ordered a Santa letter for my little girl on 11/12/22, I understand there has been a problem with Royal Mail and strikes. However it’s the 6/1/23 and I still haven’t received the letter? I’d forgotten about it and was reminded when they sent me an email to do a review. I’ve ordered a Santa letter for the last 4 years never had an issue but this year never received it. So I won’t be using the company again.”
