“Ordered Dec 4th. Received confirmation it was postmarked Dec 7th. Still haven't received it. Was going to assume it was due to slow mail service around the holidays, but at this point it's been two months since ordering and believe it's not coming. Such a good idea, but sad it didn't work and wasted the money.”

“I was never able to give the letters to my 3 grandkids because I never received 1 of the letters. I had to pay full price for 1 letter because I couldn't figure out how to apply the Groupon correctly and that is the letter that I never received! Since I didn't get 1 of the letters, I couldn't very well give the other 2 kids their letters.”

“I was disappointed because the way it was worded was so incorrect. Grammatical errors made it not seem like a person wrote it. My 7 year old grandson even noticed it. I ordered two to be sent to my grandson and granddaughter in New Jersey. Her letter came one day and his a week later. My daughter didn't give my granddaughter hers because it wasn't right one child having a letter from Santa and the other not. My grandson in Louisiana did not receive his letter until after Christmas.”

“We received the Santa letters over a week AFTER Christmas. They were promised delivery by December 21st, which gave the company over 2 weeks to mail them to us. They arrived just under 1 month since the order date, which is ridiculous!!! It was basically worthless to get the cards that late. I can't use them for the next year because of all of the information on the letters. It was money I wasted, and I will never order from them again!”

“I have purchased this 2 years in a row....letters were never recueved. Ii reached out, when i had trouble placing my order in 2020. Followed the directions provided and letter was never received. Very, very disappointed was hoping to have these memories that will never have. I suggest, don't purchase.”

“I ordered it late November. Says estimate arrival December 21. Finally arrived mid January. Very disappointed. Emailed December 26 asking where it was. Said I could wait until next year! If I don't trust you a month I will not trust you for a year. Or could mail me a replacement. They both arrived within days of each other.”
