“Not good at all. Ordered theSanta letter kit for my 6 year old granddaughter on 12-14 and it never came in time for Christmas. Don't even know where its at since there was no tracking number of any kind. So disappointed! I feel it was wasted money and will not order again.”

“It should have been stated BEFORE purchase that the Santa letter would not be received in time. My son thinks Santa forgot to respond to him and doesn’t care about him. I had to write a letter to him myself to rescue Xmas. I would have understood about the timeframe of openly stated but it wasn’t until I finished my purchase and completed all the info that it stated the letter would be received 1/4. So thanks for that. This was a complete waste of money, effort and time.”

“Appalling. Stated order would despatch 14th December but still not delivered by Christmas Day. We now have a crushed 4 year old Grandson who thinks Santa ignored him. Talk about miss the mark. Dreadful!!”
