“so bitterly disapointed the children did'nt receive their letters, I'm assuming this was due to the postal strikes but we've received nothing so I would like a refund please”

“I think the best part of the Santa's letter was that its cheap. But other than that there was no main attraction. The letter is not very personalised. It is not age appropriate which means for toddlers it's too long and too much info. A letter for toddler must be short with fewer sentences, more pictures of Santaland & larger font. The letter could neither excite my son nor his friend. I also feel each parent knows more about their child so maybe they should be the one to draft the whole letter and you guys just print & post it; Just an idea. Thanks”

“I ordered 4 letters and out of that only 2 grandchildren got them . I had to buy again so they wouldn’t be disappointed Then will post strike hegot it last week the other one as older I gave up so not as good as other years and took me ages to put codes in”

“I felt as though the letter was too long my child lost interest half way through. It needs to be a suitable length to maintain interest. I would look to do different letters for different ages even enabling children whom can read, read their own. Paper quality was poor.”

“I have ordered these yearly for my grandson. A few things I noticed this year. We struggled to read it. I don’t know if the font was smaller or different from previous years but we struggled to read it. Another thing that bothered me this year was the question about what you asked Santa for. I don’t remember this in the past. I had to pick an item that I knew he was receiving and then make it from Santa. And also it said that Santa’s elves were working on the item and got the letter before Christmas so he knew what he was getting after reading the letter. This is the first year I have been disappointed. I may look elsewhere next year.”

“Didn't receive our letters in the post I assume due to the postal strikes. Luckily the pdf meant a friend could print them out so the children weren't disappointed. I have used santa letter direct several years and never had an issue before. Its always been great”

“I use this service every year and have always been more than happy. However, this year, the letter actually told my son what he would be getting for Christmas. Exact words were ‘We are putting the finishing touches to Alexa’ which was too of his Christmas list. Never before has this happened. Normally ot would say something along the lines of ‘we will try our best to bring the Alexa you asked for’ I am really disappointed and wont be using this service again.”
