“My granddaughter did not receive her 3rd birthday card. I’m so not happy. I ordered 3 at the time my first granddaughter received hers but Ella- Mae who is 3 today did NOT RECEIVE Her s and you sent her a text saying happy 2 nd birthday and my grandson is 5 on the 5 th September should receive his. I would like to know how this can be resolved for Ella-Mae or I will not be using your company again, also I will not advertise well for you. Kind regards Sharron Crawford”
