“The letter was perfect as usual however the stickers and other bits were very dissapointing. I fell that they were very old fashioned and something that was from the 80s”

“The letters are great and even with the strikes I was able to get the kids letters on time! The only reason I didn’t score 5 was due to the constant emails, even after I bought the letters I was getting emails about the discounted rates.”

“My kids have always enjoyed receiving their letters this year my son is 7. He realises each year the letters are the same but the friend, the achievement and gift is the changes. I think you should offer more variety of changes. Especially as he grows older. Different subjects of letter could be available for example. ‘I know you have questioned if I am real…. Or this year you’re moving to your second school…. Or starting school or just some different editable boxes. I think you should also be able to see previous chosen letters to avoid choosing the same. I would love these changes so I can keep the magic alive for more years please. Thank you”

“Letters came earlier as expected but i am missing one of my kid’s letter. We are waiting for it and two days later, still no letter. I purchased 4 letters for 4 of my kids. Only 3 letters came so far. Please help. Thank you”

“Very good service and easy to use website to design the letters. The letters were sent out much earlier than I requested though but this was probably due to concern over the postal strike.”

“The process this year was a little confusing. The Santa list letter caused a lot of that. I got emails saying I needed updates but it had both list and letter in one which meant I got confused with which one needed updates.”
