Hello Hayley Thank you for your message. I am very sorry to hear that your letter has not arrived yet. I have just checked and it was posted on the 28th November. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. Many letters seem to be taking a couple of weeks to arrive, rest assured your letter is on it's way and should arrive soon. If you are still waiting in a few days please do let us know. “The postcards arrived together and on time. I also ordered letters, not sure why one was ready today and the letter for his sister , which was ordered at the same time, didn't show up yet? Was hoping they'd come to them at the same time.”

Hello Tamra Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your second letter has not arrived yet. I have just looked into this now and I can see that unfortunately different posting dates were selected on them- James's letter was sent on the chosen date of the 17th Violet's letter is now on it's way. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. Many letters seem to be taking a couple of weeks to arrive, rest assured your second letter is on it's way and should arrive soon. I hope that this helps.

“I would have reviewed better but when you put date of birth in but ages comes up 2 years older. Annoying Lilly think Santa needs to go back to school. I ordered 3 letters the other 2 were great .”

Hello Janet I am so sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately the information in the letter will be whatever was entered in the order form- there is no manual intervention from us in this process. Here is a link to the order we received from you. We do also send a reminder to double check the information before we post it. I can see I replied to you about this and it looks as though we have already sent a corrected version as it says 8 on the letter proof I have in front of me have you now received it please?

Hello Rachel Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that only one letter has arrived and that you have emailed but with no response. I have just checked and I can't seem to find the email you mention. Could you let me know which letter you are missing please is it Ava or Jacob's? I can see both were sent at the same time on the 23rd November so the missing one should not be far behind but I can always send another copy as a backup if that would help?

Hello Marie Thank you for your review. It looks as though you have only received the letter to Santa at the moment, the reply letter which is the one with all the personalised information was posted on the 28th November and so I would expect to land this week if it has not already. I hope that this makes sense, let us know if there is anything not right about it as I can always amend and resend it for you?

The Royal Mail strikes are unfortunately causing significant delays and there is a backlog of post that is taking longer than we would expect.
