“Ordered a Santa letter for my 2 grandchildren. Received 1 really quick and it is lovely but still dont have the 2nd one and theres only 2 days left till Christmas. Can't give letter to 1 grandaughter and not the other ( they are sisters 7&4) so disappointed ☹☹☹☹☹”

“The process needs a lil work. It would be nice to be able to change some of the wording around, to make sense of what you add to the letter. Also, I placed my order December 12 and have not received the letters. I had to improvise and make my own to make sure, my kids received a letter from Santa Claus.”

“I received a Groupon for the Santa letter on December 10th. I bought three on the same days for my grandchildren. I received an email from Santa Letter Direct that the letter was posted on December 11th and would be delivered on December 27th. It is so upsetting that these will arrive AFTER Christmas. The letter was very nice but does me no good to arrive after Christmas.”

“We have been expecting the letter since the 15. It's have been a week a no letter. We did early to ensure the letter arrives before Xmas. At this stage I have no confidence. Please send replacement letters ASAp”
