“The system failed this time and sent both the letters to Santa for my children to write out and the responses at the same time. I’ve been ordering since my daughter was a baby so 7 years later it has ruined things for her. How do I explain that Santa knew her wish list already??!! Won’t be ordering again and will no longer pass on the recommendation to my friends. Very disappointed. No response to my complaint either.”

“Thank you Santa for disappointing my grandchildren with not sending them the back to school cards . Santa is a important person in there life’s and it is inexcusable for you to text and say that you would like praise for sending the cards when we did not receive them . And do not respond to my messages . Very disappointed”

“Waste of money. Postcard has not been received. Site states posted 1st. Now the 8th September. Several emails have been sent by me, with no real response. Having said that I have finally received a response, but with no conclusive answer. It was only £2.49, the disappointment is my granddaughter has been let down. If I had had quicker response I would not be so fed up with Santa Letter Direct.”
