Hello Richard Thank you for your message. I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your letter. Looking at your order I can see that it was posted on the 28th November. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. Many letters seem to be taking a couple of weeks to arrive, rest assured your letter is on it's way and should arrive soon.

“I ordered this over a month ago to be delivered on the 1st of December when w3 start our family traditions. I specifically asked for that delivery. Although I understand there have been postal strikes. I would have thought that as a company, you would of git this posted earlier so you could be sure it would arrive on time. Now we are heading into day 3 and still not letter. It's such a shame.”

Hello Isaac Thank you for your review and I am very sorry that your letter has not arrived safely yet. I have just checked this now and I can see that we posted it on the post date that you selected which was the 25th November. I can only think that it must have been delayed in the postal strikes as there have been several since it went. I would expect it to arrive in the next couple of days but please let us know if it does not as we can always send another copy and or create a digital version to be emailed across if that would help.

Unfortunately we are finding that there are lots of delays in the postal system at the moment due to the Royal Mail strikes. Hello Mitzie Thank you for your review and I am so sorry to hear about this. I have just checked this now and I can see that your card was posted on the 24th November so it should have had time to arrive by the 1st which I believe was the big day. Unfortunately the postal strikes in the UK are causing a lot of delays. I would imagine it would land in the next couple of days but I can send another copy if that would help?
