Hello Amanda Thank you for your message. I am very sorry that you have not yet received your letter. The Royal Mail strikes are unfortunately causing significant delays and there is a backlog of post that is taking longer than we would expect. Your letter has been sent on the 28th November and is now on its way but please allow extra time for your orders to arrive. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. Many letters seem to be taking a couple of weeks to arrive, rest assured your letter is on it's way and should arrive soon. If you are still waiting in a few days please let us know as we can always create a digital version as a backup.

Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. “Has not been received, got an update email saying delayed because of postal strike. Will not be good if it is received after Christmas. At first was told would be arriving by December 15. Un happy customer if not received on time.”

“I bought some of the extras and really regret it. They're really not worth it. A single activity sheet, not specific to age, like they have in pubs... And everything else you have to cut out yourself - not even perforated edges. You're better off going with one of the many free Santa letter services out there, as this really isn't any better.”

“Really disappointed… not only did I buy the “nice list certificate” at the point of purchase they kept sending me an offer to buy it, with an activity pack for cheaper afterwards… Then when the letter arrived it was ripped on 2 edges and crumpled… and his name an address was printed on the back, so he could t take it and show his friends…”
