“I'm sorry. I have to leave a poor review. I paid for two Santa letter and neither of them showed up by Christmas. They were both supposed to show up around December 22nd. I order was complete by December 6th and I got another confirmation email stating my order was on its way. Well, I guess the Grinch intercepted the letters because here I sit on Christmas Eve night and no letters ever arrived. I think next year I'll play it safe and just type up and send my own. Sad.”

“Waited and waited and now it's Christmas eve and no letter for my child. Bought it with sufficient time and was told it would be here on Wednesday, December 22. Very disappointed!!!! It doesn't make sense to arrive after Christmas.”

“Sadly the letter hasn’t arrived. Thankfully it won’t impose on my child’s Christmas as she had no idea but I was expecting it earlier this week - not sure if it’s covid/post related as the one we had last year was great.”

“Did not receive in time. In fact, I received this “review” email before even the tracking number of my letters that I ordered for my grandchildren. I will not be able to use them next year as it states “2021” on letter. Hopefully refund procedure won’t take as long.”
