“The letter itself was exactly as advertised but it arrived 2 weeks after Christmas, thus rendering it worthless.”

“The service was lousy. I didn't get my daughter's letter from Santa until a whole month almost 2 months after Christmas. But the order was placed on December 5 delivery date of December 21st. So I'm not happy with this service at all.”

“Ordered 3 letters for my children. One came a week after Christmas, the second one came WEEKS after Christmas (some time in January) and the third one never showed up. Waste of money.”

“Will definitely not purchase again...one arrived on the 24th December and his sisters didn’t arrive until after new year so neither got their letter as my granddaughter is 3 1/2 and my grandson 12 months and it was his that arrived first. Poor customer service! Would not recommend this service to anyone”

“Not happy at all.paid for a birthday card never recieved it . Also paid for the pack never recieved it all we got was santa letter. Have written numerous times and nothing done about it. Have been using this site for years and it will be my last time . Also requested the santa text message never recieved it. Very very disapointed. Not my first time to have problems 1 year my name.was printed on the letter not my childs name . Disgraceful”

“Unfortunately I cannot write a good review as my Grandson never received his Santa Letter which was ordered in November and despite several emails to your good selves. Also despite the fact I emailed you for a refund this was not forthcoming either. I was really disappointed as not being able to see my Grandson due to the pandemic and he lives in Slovakia I thought this would be a lovely surprise for him. Disappointment all round.”
