“Letters and activity packs very nice and well presented i would say the font of the letter could be a bit bigger as text is very small and would be easier to read if bigger.”

“The letter itself is perfect and exactly what we wrote, delivery was also on time as scheduled. However, the certificate has the incorrect name on. The adults name is printed, not the child's.”

“Amazing letter - the magic of Christmas for my son. The only down side is that the writing on the letter is so faint, it’s hard to read. The writing could do with being bolder and more darker to be able to read. .”

“We love receiving these at Christmas time and the designs are wonderful however you put my son's name on the letter but mine on the nice certificate. I pretended that the elves had been mischievous however for a boy that has autism he was disappointed. I hope this can be rectified.”

“Really good value and my grandkids love the letters and cards from Santa. Christmas ones are exceptionally good as you can choose from several designs and wording. I've just sent back to school cards which were a lovely surprise for the children. My only slight negative with these latest cards is that the wording was the same for two of my grandchildren who are brother and sister. I was able to edit their names and their friends etc but apart from that they had the same wording which was a shame. Also, the font used on the back to school cards wasn't simple enough (in my opinion) for young early readers so they didn't recognise any letters or words. It's a lovely idea though and I'll probably order again at Christmas time.”

“Really pleased with letter & activity items for my Grandaughter,but a little dissapointed that the basket tag was not included in the main envelope with letter.It came seperately,addressed to me.The tag was lovely though.”

“I sent two of Santa's letters to my granddaughters. They were highly delighted to receive them. The letters were received promptly within the timeframe stated. The 'Christmasey' envelopes and letters were impressive. My only criticism is that some of the wordage appeared a little patronising - phrases like 'my dear girl' don't really resonate today. Also there was a reference to 'the letter I received from mum/dad etc' - there was a danger of the girls asking their mum/dad about the letter that she/he probably had no idea about - especially if it was sent by grandparents, as in my case. Perhaps it might be worthwhile having some younger people update some of the rather dated text.”
