“Sadly, Santa's letter has not been delivered to my granddaughter despite it being posted on, I think, the 5th December! We have now had the the last postal delivery before Christmas so, if it should arrive after Christmas, it will be kept for next year! This 'no show' could, of course, be the fault of Royal Mail!”

“Ordered four letters two for delivery in ashford kent and two for Southampton. Unfortunately the two for Southampton were not received but after an email advising this duplicates were sent directly and received”

“I ordered 2 letters 1 for each of my daughters. One of the letters arrived on the date I requested the second letter I am still waiting for, the second letter is for my younger daughter who still believes in Santa and is now thinking she won’t get any presents either. She is so upset”

“I ordered a Santa letter on Dec 5th for a birthday Dec 11 th I had confirmation it had been sent and would be here on time. Unfortunately this didn’t happen so I had to get in touch to chase it. I am writing this Dec 12th and I have still not got it. Not sure I would use you again or recommend you .”
