“A great little package arrived today to surprise my son. He was very pleased to see he’d made it to The Nice List, and he is looking forward to completing all the activities, which are great and very age-appropriate for our 5 year old. “I used the AI option this year and the letters were fantastic. My children loved reading them. They were dispatched on time, but due to Christmas post they took a while to arrive. I emailed customer service, who were really helpful. They sent me digital copies of the letters and told me if they didn't arrive in the post within the next couple of days, they would resend them.”

“Absolutely amazing as always, great new features on the letters this year again. My little girl was so happy to get her letter again, she’s got these letter since her 1st Christmas and this is her 5th one and the smile gets bigger every year! Such amazing quality letters! “Excellent selection of letters. Great service. I have been ordering for a number of years and I get just as excited as the children when the letters arrive. The only thing I would like is the option of friend to be changed for brother or sister and Mummy/daddy to be mum/dad.”
