“I wasn’t aware 2 individual letters for my sons would read the exact same only being different, name, age, and what they were asking for. This isn’t make it personal at all. Secondly my phone number didn’t save upon the upgrade of my letter resulting in me paying for 2 text messages on Christmas Day for my sons I didn’t receive this, emailed for told no number was recorded but didn’t even get offered a refund. Bad service won’t be using again”

“I bought this for my two children. Initially all went well, I received their Santa letters and returned them. It wasn't clear what the next step was. When I completed the next part, I got an email to say a digital reply and letter would be sent. I received neither. I then got an email saying it was outstanding. When I replied the person didn't know what had happened. I won't be using again”

“We have used this company for the last 4 years with no complaint. This year however is different. Our son wrote his letter when he received his letter pack, as always he was super excited. We posted his return letter at the start of December, I choose the dates for the pack to arrive along with a return letter due around the 20th December. Our son is 10 so probably the last year he will want to do this. We waited and waited and waited, he had tears when the post came most days and his Letter never Came. DEVASTATED to Say the least. Such a sad end to something we have kept up with for years, an epic fail for us and our son.”
