“No letters have arrived. Tried to contact via ‘contact us’ with no success. Can’t recommend and have come to the conclusion that this was a bit of a scam.”

“I opted for the "Nice" certificate and a letter, should have been here friday 27th November, but haven't received the letter ONLY the certificate!!!!! I am very dissappointed and have 2 children wanting and waiting for their letter from Father Christmas. I hope this is rectified before christmas.”

“I had trouble with my granddaughter’s letter to England. The first time, I made the mistake not changing the country from USA to UK. I canceled this one I thought. I again, it told me that one was canceled. I tried once more with success. I later noted that I had 3 charges on my PayPal. I have tried over and over to contact the company. I could find no domestic phone number. I used their cue to message them several times with no response. Very annoying.”
