Hello Misty Thank you for your review and I am so sorry that your letter and pack has not arrived yet. I have just checked and it was posted on the 21st November from here in the UK. Unfortunately we are having some delays at the moment due to the Royal Mail postal strikes. Rest assured that your letter is on it's way and it should land soon but if possible please just allow a few extra days. If you are still waiting next week let us know.

“Paid for the personalised letter and activity pack. Received a generic Christmas card that didn’t even have her name in with just a ‘idea craft’ on the inside. wouldn’t recommend this company at all.”

I have checked and you should have received our personalised Christmas letter which you will have proof read before purchasing and us sending it out. “I have always used this company for my son's letter and never had a problem, but had a technical error this time with what I chose to what my digital download was, I felt like I constantly repeated myself via email to get this sorted(with them not having a phone number for me to ring) and it's made me think twice if I'm going to use again if I'm honest.”
