“Was very disappointed with the letter and the nice certificate. It was for my baby’s 1st letter from Santa clause and it is just printed on a sheet of A4 paper. It was also folded into the envelope so there is big crease lines in the paper. Sorry but I am not impressed and think I could have done a better job myself.”

“Unfortunately we haven't received either if the postcards i was hoping they would be here before school started. I have always loved every letter I have ordered and had no trouble until now. Its a fab service just a shame I havent received my order this time”

“I ordered the card on Wednesday 12 August for it to arrive at the weekend. It did not arrive until today - Tuesday. I do not think this is good service considering the cost”

“Received my kids letters more than a week after Christmas. I contacted the company and they blamed it on the postal service and refused to refund it. I ordered it before the deadline for "guaranteed" pre- Christmas delivery. Waste of money... and it robbed my kids of the experience. When you guarentee something and don't deliver, you need to to refund.”

“The last two letters I ordered through your company arrived well after the holiday. Every child anticipates their letter from Santa and the Easter bunny!! They wait all year for these letters. Imagine the disappointment in my child’s face when both her letters were delivered well after the holiday. Needless to say, Won’t be ordering from your company any longer.”

“Ordered with more than a month of time for Christmas. The week before Christmas, I got an email saying they could not complete my order as they were too overwhelmed. Tried to cancel without a refund. Got advertisements in June for the same thing I requested in November. Am very Leary if ordering again as they failed me in the past. The first year we had no problems. Year 2 we got nothing from Santa.”
