A thoughtful handwritten note has been included both times which elevates the experience above other retailers and feels very personal and kind. The lady who runs the site has been so helpful and friendly when I’ve chatted to her via the Instagram account, where she has provided recommendations on what to try based on my tastes. SC has a small range of very hard to find brands, which I’m sure will grow over time.
