“Took two attempts to deliver product due to wagon tailgate being broken .came back with same van and had to halve the lead to get it off then refill once off”

“Easy to place an order and prompt delivery . There are 2 reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars first is there was a blade in one of the bags which luckily my gardener discovered whilst raking the chippings and secondly the volume calculator was well out needed another bulk bag to fully cover play area which I have just placed an order for . I would recommend this product it does the job perfectly just order a bit extra and check for any sharp bits that might have been overlooked”

“It was really easy to order from the website, and delivery was straight forward. I called to check the delivery times and the customer service was excellent! The play area looks a lot neater without the patchy grass. Really pleased with it, thank you!”

“Simply FIRST CLASS. From simple and straightforward to navigate website to customer service which is so helpful to the free delivery - what more could you ask for? And as for the quality of the chippings this is probably my 10th 500 kg bag over the years and it is SIMPLY THE BEST. Thank you as always.”

“I got 100kg of Grey shredded rubber, which said it would cover 5 square metres. I only need it for a 3 x 4.7 area and it didn’t even give even coverage of that. The product itself is great. Good colour and nice and soft. Just not happy with the amount that I received”

“I was really impressed that I could buy a bulk bag that was less than the 500kg offered by most places as the 300kg was perfect for my area. The price was very competitive and I had email updates about when to expect the delivery. The colour was bright and vibrant and consistent throughout the batch. My only criticism was that I found quite a few pieces that had sharp strands of wire sticking out. I know it’s chopped tyres and they have steel banding in sometimes but I had to pick out more than I’d like to before I was happy to put it under my daughters’ climbing frame. Would still recommend”

“Ordered a single bag of green rubber for a new play area. It spread further than I thought it would. Very small amount of wire. Delivery was quick too from ordering. Was very easy to shovel and wheelbarrow”

“The company do not listen, I asked a few times about a weekend delivery and being notified with delivery updates as the 9, 500kg bags were being delivered to a school. Neither option happened, I woke up Thursday morning to an email saying my order was on its way that morning and to my surprise it was due at school drop off time so I had to quickly change where it was delivered to. This has mean’t I am moving it twice as having to put in my van one bag at a time and unload at the school and it’s not the easiest stuff to move. Would I recommend, not if you need it to be delivered at a specific time.”
