“Ordered 2x 500kg of brown rubber chipping on Sunday afternoon, it was pallet trucked in to my garden before lunch on Tuesday. Looks natural, much softer than the bark it replaced and I like to think it’s better than going to land fill. Very impressed, hopefully it’ll prove low maintenance and not need topping up like bark.”

“Original delivery was the wrong colour, however, spotted it coming off the truck and sent it straight back. Correct item delivered within 48 hours. The quality of the bark is great, this was our second order of it, so no complaints there. Delivery driver also put the pallet up at the top of the drive - thank you.”

“Ordered 2 x 500kg bulk bags of brown rubber chippings. Both of the bags were only half filled with acceptable chunks of rubber chippings, the rest was like rubber dust! Tried telephoning the company but no answer. Wanted to finish the play area quickly so reluctantly purchased another 2 bulk bags. Same disappointing issue again, with only half the bags containing decent sized rubber chippings. What we have now is acceptable but only due to the fact that we had to purchase twice the amount we actually needed to get decent sized rubber chippings to provide a safer floor area under childrens play equipment.”

“Rubber chips delivered were extremely dusty and significantly below the particle size of the image shown in the listing. We are returning the product - which although initial delivery is free, returning is at an additional cost, which is disappointing.”

“We have had two deliveries from Safety Play (so far) and are delighted with the results. They delivered on the day that we wanted and were very forgiving and amenable when I made an error on the 2nd order with the delivery address. We'll be placing another order shortly to finish the area off, but 100% satisfied and thoroughly recommended.”

“Terrible experience from purchasing the product. Delivery was a joke to sort out. Due to pebble driveway which was advised before and a change of delivery method required but wasn’t sorted so, Delivery driver was incapable of delivering when arrived and attitude was terrible also to myself and my neighbours. He wanted to leave it in the middle of a road. so I myself had to do it with pump truck sustaining a muscle injuring.”

“Late with my order I had to chase it up then your lorry could not get to my address and had to deliver 2miles away at my sons house where your driver scratched the hell out of his resin drive with his pallet truck I’m waiting to hear back what you are going to do about this! We have numerous lorries from different companies getting to my road and by yours not doing so caused problem as well as me driving back and forth picking up chipping in my car using my time and petrol so not happy with your service rubbish”

“Bought 3 bags of rubber bark which is a fantastic product.. the 500 kg bags are enormous . Did not expect to recieve such a volume. However the product took over 2 weeks to arrive.. even though the website says 3 to 5 working days... saying this I was refunded 50 pounds as compensation.”
