“The Safecontractor process was fairly straightforward. This is my third time of doing the accreditation process, so that will have helped. The most difficult part is making sure everything meets legislation with Company Policies, but as long as they are regularly checked and updated where necessary it is not too much of an issue.”

“This was the first time that I was tasked to undetrtake the requirements of SafeContractor. There were certain parts that I did not quite understand, but the support team were available evrytime. On each occation they comprehensivly explained to me the requirement and gave me the confidence and ununderstand of what was required. The support will not do it for you, but via the support team I confess to have learnt a great deal. We did pass eventually as I made some errors, but whilst delighted to have acheived our accredidation, I feel a far greater understand of what we have acheived”

“My experience with the process has been mixed. We are obviously striving to maintain our Safe status within our industry. However sometimes it feels like there is more and more added just to create something else to ask for. If we are at the stanadards required for us to be accredited this should be enough. Although I have to say that this year I did feel more prepared for the process so felt good about it and being accredited should not be too easy, I get that.”

“I found the help and support from Vivian Lott, Technical Advisor, went above and beyond. He was able to support and explain to help me with my application to the Safecontractor SSIP approval. Abi Duce was very good at "hand holding" me through my application a. They both had great patience and lovey to deal with - a credit to you!”
