“Your standard turnaround for accreditation is too long. Despite filling out questionnaires on the day they were released our accreditation had expired. Not sure if this is a blatant ploy to get everyone to upgrade their memberships to fast track”

“Please that Blitz Group acheived accreditation. Disappointed that SafeContractor is no longer supplying certificates and clients have to subscribe to access details on accreditation. This has a major factor in deciding whether to continue membership as some of our major clients do not use this platform.”

“its ridiculous that we can only submit our documents 30days prior to recertification and then have to wait 20 working dats before it is reviewed. it means the certificate has expired before you review it. You say that it is within 20 working days but my expieriecne is that it is not even looked at untilafter the 20 workimg days, despite many requests”

“Your advisers are always pleasant, polite and professional. However, I think that you should review your assessment time as I submitted in good time yet instead of the outcome being done before our deadline of 01/09/24, it was awarded on 04/09/24.”

“I feel that you take the money before people really understand what the process is. It took us about a month to get everything together and we had to get a H&S person which cost us more money to help us achieve it.”
