“I am happy with the service as it has developed with the industry and allows us to make suitable changes to our systems to ensure we are a safe company, and we operate safely for the benefit of the business, employees, our contractors and the wider public. The process can be a little time-consuming (especially if a new applicant) but it teaches you to operate more focused management systems which also helps toward ISO accreditation if you are planning this. I also experienced a change of auditor through the process which set me back a little but once I had re-supplied certain documents I was back on track. The staff are friendly when contacting and response times were good. The company has been registered for over five years now so naturally things change. The new IT system for progressing an application is straightforward to use and guides you through each step, then the auditor will review and feedback if anything further is needed.”

“The pre-audit took a month this is far too long, if a company has acheieved the accreditation for over two year or more they should go through to the auditor without a pre-audit tht takes a month? and no companies are not going to pay extra to have it mark quicker. Once the audit had the assessment we had one bit of missing data?”

“As my first attempt within my company to renew our accreditation, I found the first stage of working through the process portal quite easy - however, when it came to being audited, this was very frustrating as additional information was asked of and duplicated. We paid for the fast track service as our accreditation had expired at this point, yet still took another 10 working days for completion. I started our renewal on 18th May and then took until 14th June to receive the certification. long-winded process.”

“The process was easy to navigate and the team are very helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to any queries raised. One comment, we were told to start renewal process 1 month before it was due, which we did, but had a few queries along the way. When we did submit it, the result would have taken us past our expire date for the accreditation. So we paid the express service to get our application checked. It would be better if you were informed of the process length, to ensure all items are done in time.”
