“All the staff at Safe CIC are lovely and super helpful. The system of purchasing a DBS and it being sent out in the post seems very old fashioned and very time consuming. I have used an another company previously who do everything online and I could even track the process of the DBS as it goes through the system. Value for money is good but the extra time of getting a DBS started from the postal system lets it down slightly.”

SAFEcic is registered to process paper based applications only and we take pride in an exceptionally low error and return rate during the DBS process, achieving 97.9% accuracy in the last year.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you felt you had a poor experience using our paper-based DBS application service, which does take a little longer to complete. We deal with many customers who prefer hard copy applications and they do find the added value of our admin services invaluable in those situations. I am pleased to hear you have your DBS now.
