“Haven't received the DBS and the process was paper based. Went with an online supplier, where application took 5 minutes and DBS arrived a week later.”

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you felt you had a poor experience using our paper-based DBS application service, which does take a little longer to complete. We deal with many customers who prefer hard copy applications and they do find the added value of our admin services invaluable in those situations. I am pleased to hear you have your DBS now.
