“The training was 10 am to 11.30, the actual content started after 13 minutes of introductory chat. During the sessions there was an emphasis on participants talking about their own service which wasn't particualry helpful to all of us. I would have preferred a straightforward information giving session with perhaps brief scenarios to test knowledge. The trainer was clear and well informed”

“The advice and free consultation I have had from Safe was excellent. I thought that the DSL training was a little rushed. There were quite a few slides that had to be skipped over to get through to the end of the course. Does the session need to be longer?”

Thank you for your feedback. As you appreciate, live training has to be responsive to delegates' specific needs and questions on the day but slides are always sent out afterwards to all attendees for their reference. As you know, people can also speak to the trainer after the session too.
