“Jenny was a very engaging instructor and educator. The use of props and medical aids was excellent, as the last time I was formerly trained in First Aid was over a decade ago. The topics covered were great, I liked that the class size was small (around 9 of us on the day), and the environment was Covid-safe. We were free to ask questions, and it was nice and quick for each of us to register, take the test and questionnaire, via a series of laminated QR code sheets. I have learnt A LOT! 10/10”

“the online theory training was designed quiet easy to understand and answer quiz queations. audio and the esstential videos were very useful. very assessible methods. although i did come across some technical issues where i was frozen to move forward, which was stressing. very interactive practical training with good expainations.”
