“The trainer was upbeat, enthusiastic, professional and friendly. Any aspects of the training the team did not understand he would break it down further until the staff understood. The session was really interesting and very informative. Enjoyed it!”

“Hi, I found the online part stressful and time consuming. It took 8 hours to complete. On the day of the practical it was hard going. The trainer (Carol ) was very thorough. However the whole experience was tainted by the fact that many people had time keeping issues. There were people late on the morning, late back after a break and late back after lunch. Also people seemed to develop weak bladders, while some may have genuinely needed the toilet, a lot of people during the day needed it. While gone they were missing part of the course”
