“You asked me to write a review PRIOR to the item being delivered. SO I would say the time to send a review email needs to be considered. My only comment so far is TOO MANY emails about the single item I bought - it packed, its shipped, welcome, review etc...........I think about FIVE so far - Condensed informative emails - Daily not instant maybe? Just my opinion.......Thank you.”

“It isnt SPJ'S fault that Sage is crap, so just a neutral rating. However I've no idea what the software is like. The Sage website just takes you round and round in circles, and I've been hanging on to the help line for 25 minutes repeatedly being told "you should be answered in 15 to 20 minutes"”

“Unfortunately the delivery address was ignored and the goods were delivered to the billing address, some 60 miles away. I was given access to a download link, but Sage will not allow access without Administration Privileges which is causing problems and therefore will have to retrieve the original disc from delivery point. Disappointed.”

“unfortunately the downloadable version would nto download as system said file was corrupt I advise S P Jennings but got no reply via email so just waited for disc to arrive so eventually got what i paid for”

“I was quite satisfied with my previous version of Sage Accounts, but I had a new client who was working on the latest version. I discussed the situation with JS and was persuaded to 'upgrade'. I have been very disappointed with this version in many minor ways. I will not be 'upgrading' again.”
