“Very well priced and great communication. I downloaded the software immediately but unfortunately couldn't use it right away because I had to wait for the key and serial number. But I emailed them and got it within a few minutes. Disc arrived very quickly anyhow. Would definitely buy through them again. ****.”

“Excellent service. Product received the next day and I was able to download it immediately. Had a problem (not their fault) and was able to contact them by phone. They acted at once and the problem was resolved. Thanks very much.”

“this is the first time I have used SJSoftware and I have to compliment them on what can only be described as an excellent service. I ordered my product on Friday lunchtime and it arrived Saturday morning! You cannot do better than that.”

“I've used SJ Software for 18 months now and purchased 3 Sage Instant Accounts packages from them. Previously a Sage Line 50 Pro user, I now run 2 businesses and help out for 1 charity. You can't buy cheaper anywhere else (and all 3 times they were cheaper than Sage themselves). Ordering was easy, follow up emails and VAT invoices superb and delivery was exceptionally fast. If you don't need Sage support, or can live with the 45 days on offer, SJ Software ticks all the boxes.”

“You asked me to write a review PRIOR to the item being delivered. SO I would say the time to send a review email needs to be considered. My only comment so far is TOO MANY emails about the single item I bought - it packed, its shipped, welcome, review etc...........I think about FIVE so far - Condensed informative emails - Daily not instant maybe? Just my opinion.......Thank you.”

“I bought the ACT product and upgraded. I then had issues and was told to contact ACT for assistance. I understand from the ACT team that initial assistance should have come from you. The ACT team were helpful initially but further problems in the interaction between ACT and Microsoft Word, mean that I need Silver Cover support. I further understand from ACT that such support should have been offered by SJ, but there was no mention of the availability of support. ACT support said they would contact SJ and arrange for someone from SJ to contact me. That was 48 hours ago and I have a pressing problem. With no further word, I am not impressed with how this transaction has been handled. Norman Crawford”
