“I have never worked so hard to get my software downloaded and able to use? I chased for the activation key and they finally sent it but when I went to upload the end of year information to the inland revenue it was only a trial key not an activation key, I am now late for the year end and will be fined, Thank you so much!!!!”

“Unfortunately the delivery address was ignored and the goods were delivered to the billing address, some 60 miles away. I was given access to a download link, but Sage will not allow access without Administration Privileges which is causing problems and therefore will have to retrieve the original disc from delivery point. Disappointed.”

“unfortunately the downloadable version would nto download as system said file was corrupt I advise S P Jennings but got no reply via email so just waited for disc to arrive so eventually got what i paid for”

“Selected SJSoftware for the purchase of a multi company Sage Payroll package, very competitively priced compared to all others. Order placed on-line and within a minute or two a link to my software was e-mailed to me, downloaded and installed with no problems from SJSoftware. Licence number and activation key came via e-mail within an hour, just a shame that Sage themselves took an age to let me have the account number that is needed to register the software correctly. Disc with software arrived with two days. Customer support from SJ Software was excellent, polite and very helpful. I would use them again for next Sage purchase, upgrade and recommend clients to use them as well.”

“I ordered a Sage Accounts package, it arrived in two days, I was very pleased with the service I received when ordering and the quick supply of the package, I would definitaly deal with S P Jennings Ltd again, I would highly recommend them as a supplier. Very pleased customer.”

“Used these guys for 5 years, usually great service. This time an unmitigated disaster due to my initial enquiry been forgotten and then wrong download instructions been supplied. Upon hitting a problem I faced rudeness from reception and was then told to sort with sage even though I had just paid £700 to them a couple of hours ago. Discussion with Sage proved SJS had provided the wrong info for a second time, I was then kept waiting until the sales director could call me. He then remotely accessed my computer and couldn't rectify the problem. I was then given an interim solution. No discount offered despite wasting hours in this.”

“A very competitively price software offer, and I purchased on price alone. However to get an almost instant download link on a non-working day was a lovely surprise. Maybe the fact that you can get a software download should be advertised more on the website? Will”

“SPJ Solutions have helped me to upgrade our Sage 50 Professional Accounts package. The service was excellent, as always with support matters. The software is much quicker that the old 2012 system and the automatic VAT checks are extremely helpful.”

“I bought my sage about 14 months ago from SJ. I am a long time user of sage being a chartered accountant but now semi retired and only looking after family interests. I needed some up grades to be multi currency and have another company. I contacted SJ about the things I needed and Helena and Leah were fantastic, sorted me out in no time. Price was keen as well. I ended up taking both upgrades rather than one! Thanks again to the girls I will go nowhere else when I need anything sage! best regards teresa/ drumlyn developments”
