“This company is highly recommended! We recently had a PC fail due to an SSD hard drive fault. I contacted Julie, who connected me with Tony in the technical support who provided the process to re-download Sage onto the new PC as the original version we purchased couldn't be installed. Very helpful indeed! All working again and what a relief!!!!”

“The support team at SJ Software is second to none. I recently had a problem with the bank feeds and the checking data. All the usual solutions did not fix the problem. This was on going for over a week. Wayne at SJ Software worked tirelessly and was determined to solve the problem, after many phone calls from him to Sage, the issue was finally resolved. I can only say that Wayne was absolutely brilliant and I never doubted for a moment that he would not get it working. Even after Sage had said it was a "hardware" issue. Many thanks to Wayne and indeed all the team at SJ Software, you are true superhero’s”

“Smashing people and a must for anyone using Sage Accounts. Wouldn't entertain going anywhere else for Sage products and support and using the ADEPT add-ons save a load of time and effort for a SME.”

“As far as I am concerned, S J Software is the best thing since sliced bread. I have been a sage user for more years that I care to admit to (many, many years) and I can always rely on this great team to sort out any queries I have, especially with new features. They have never let me down. This is not a 5 star service - its a 10 star service. I choose their support rather than Sage support any day of the week. Thanks, guys and girls, for your great service. Would not like to think about managing without you. ********** :-)”
