“Generally the service was very good, Rachel and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the thing that we didn't find to helpful was the payment terms. We would have preferred to pay 30% on order Acknowledgement and 70% on delivery. Trust should go both ways and it would have been a very good gesture for S. Jones to allow us 30/70. Also., one of the containers has a small problem with one of the side doors, like the container is slightly twisted or deformed, it does open and close but it doesn't work as it should. we have notified Rachel & Sarah who said that someone shall visit the container to review and hopefully make suggestions to correct the Door opening and closing problem.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. As promised, a member of our repair team will be visiting the site and hopefully rectify the door issue, apologies for this. With regards to payment terms, as a company we don't offer credit terms as most of the container industry is payment upfront. However, as a trading history is established this will always be looked at by the Accounts department but as this was the first order, we had no alternative to ask for our standard payment terms. Hi Ian Thank you very much for your review. Regarding the external look of the unit, you did order a used container, which will always show signs of wear and tear, including knocks and dents. Your account manager did offer a repaint, but this option wasn’t selected. Kind regards S Jones Containers

“We (Oswestry Mens Shed) were after purchasing a twenty foot container. After shopping around I contacted S Jones Containers where I spoke with a lady named Krista. She explained the containers they stocked and the extras that were available. We made our choice suitable for our budget and placed the order. Krista arranged everything including delivery. It arrived on schedule and the delivery company were equally good, their driver keeping us informed of the delivery time of arrival. Every thing went like clockwork all the staff were very helpful and an excellent service provided. Highly recommended.”

“Price of 20 ft shipping container was very competitive, Good follow up personal contact from Danielle. HIAB truck contractor who delivered the unit was excellent and positioning on foundation was flawless. We did have some delays in obtaining a receipted invoice from the Finance Dept (it seems that these are not normally provided?) but eventually we succeeded. In general it was first class service.”
