“I bought a pair of shoes that were great, except that they were a bit on the tight side. Length was fine and so was the volume in the toes, but too tight across the foot. So unfortunately I had to return them, but they were refunded extremely quickly.. Would recommend the company”

“Great customer service especially as I couldn’t visit the Edinburgh shop in person. Bought a pair of Hoka Arahi and needed some advice regarding sizing and width. Called the shop a couple of times and the help I got was excellent. Ordered too big a size initially so returned those with no issues and ordered smaller size. I normally wear Clifton’s but wanted to go back to a support shoe. Kept the same size but ordered the wide in the Arahi and so far so good. Plenty of room in the toe box and feel better all round than my Clifton’s. Only done a few miles but pleased with them. Free delivery and returns and found a discount code online so really pleased all round. Thank you Run & Become 😁”
