“i received a very good service from Run and Become regarding my order for new shoes. They were picked on the first working day and, with tracking, 0arrived two days later. “Ordered running shoes with spikes and paid for fast delivery to ensure they arrived in time for my daughter’s race. The shoes arrived but the spikes they came with were missing along with the key to screw them in with. I contacted the company who said they would put them in the post but, by then, it was obviously too late for my daughter to use them so she couldn’t compete. I only paid for the express delivery to ensure they arrived in time for her race, something I explained to the person I spoke to. They never even offered to return the excess I paid for the fast delivery , let alone any compensation.”
