“I ordered a pair of New Balance running shoes, size 12.5 - 2E extra wide, which were in a sale price of £115.00. The shoes arrived after 3 days and I tried them on, and they were a bit small. I contacted Run and Become, and asked if I could refund them and buy a larger size. The shoes were refunded to my account, and I sent them back in the box, with the pre-paid postage label, by simply handing in at my local post office. I bought a pair of New Balance size 13.5 - 4E Extra wide, which were being sold at the full retail price. The shoes arrived in 2 days. Tried them on, and they fit very well. No issues what so ever. Very satified with the easy buying / refund process, as different brands of shoes don't always conform to the same actual size in comparison to the stated UK size. Very good company to buy from.”
