“I received a click and collect order that I wanted to return in store but when I went to the store was told no one was available to do the return so I would have to wait until after the weekend. This was deprime there being numerous members of staff available but all looking to sell rather than think about customer service for actual customers. Really disappointing”

Hi, I'm sorry you weren't happy with our service. As we explained at the time, our shop floor staff are not trained in online returns and our online staff weren't working on that Saturday, so we weren't able to issue an immediate refund but your order was passed to our online department, processed and refunded on the Monday. “I ordered a pair of New Balance running shoes, size 12.5 - 2E extra wide, which were in a sale price of £115.00. The shoes arrived after 3 days and I tried them on, and they were a bit small. I contacted Run and Become, and asked if I could refund them and buy a larger size. The shoes were refunded to my account, and I sent them back in the box, with the pre-paid postage label, by simply handing in at my local post office. I bought a pair of New Balance size 13.5 - 4E Extra wide, which were being sold at the full retail price. The shoes arrived in 2 days. Tried them on, and they fit very well. No issues what so ever. Very satified with the easy buying / refund process, as different brands of shoes don't always conform to the same actual size in comparison to the stated UK size. Very good company to buy from.”
