“Excellent customer service, couldn’t be more helpful. Their returns and exchanges policy is extremely helpful when trying to get a good fit. I live in a remote area far from any specialist sports shoe shops so it is a service that’s very much appreciated.”

“I must praise the excellent service from the Cardiff shop. Tracking down a pair of (sale) shorts from another branch and ‘phoning to double check they were the correct model. Completing a purchase and posting to home as I wouldn’t be visiting town for some time. Thank you!”

“I needed advice on supportive trainers for road running as I have had a disc prolapse in the past and want to avoid back pain. The internet is confusing, to say the least! The assistant I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me to buying a pair of Hoka's which are exactly what I needed. Great service and prompt delivery, thank you.”
