“Disappointed with service. Ordered and paid for shoes. E-mail arrived no shoes available suggested another pair, which I accepted. However, the price was £9.00 less, but the higher amount was taken. I questioned this and was told to contact my bank. They said it wasn't up to them, it's the seller who should give a refund. Still £9.00 out of pocket.”

“Very easy to use website - easy to find and select the product and size we wanted. After ordering, one of the items was unfortunately out of stock, but Run and Become updated our order quickly, refunded the cost of the out of stock item, and delivered the in-stock items quickly.”

“Amazingly helpful. I had a really helpful call with someone to order shoes in lockdown and was so delighted to make it into the store last week. I can’t remember the name of the person who served me but she was patient, charming and very knowledgeable. Thank you!”

“I love these shoes and the shop in Edinburgh was brilliant. I am not the only one who is very, very sad to see it close. I got such help In chosing these shoes before, hence confidence in this purchase. I’m afraid I don’t have the confidence just to buy on line. Brilliant company but not the same buying on line if you need advice and wear orthotics”
