“Prompt delivery and good to have the option of free returns. Having said that I miss your shop in Cardiff online is fine if you know exactly what you need but more difficult if you’re interested in a new shoe. Wondered if a pop up shop at events might work. I know these have been done in the past but with limited independent running shops around it might work better now especially if the comms in advance was good you could get people to vote on what stock they most want you to bring”

“I fully trust the Run & Become staff because they are excellent at establishing the customer's specific requirements and then obtaining shoes to match. In my recent purchase, the shoe I required was apparently no longer available. I knew, however, that Run and Become would be able to obtain the shoes to my very specific requirements. True to form they did not disappoint. Great service.”
